Your trusted companion along the journey towards healing.

There are many reasons you might find yourself here. You could be feeling anxious or low, struggling to connect with others, or navigating difficulties in your relationships. Perhaps recent events have knocked you sideways, or older wounds are making it hard to function in the present. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t quite fit — and you’re wondering whether to try again.
Or perhaps you can’t put your finger on anything specific, but you know something doesn’t feel right. Life isn’t flowing the way you’d like it to. You feel stuck, and you’re not sure which way to turn.
Whatever has brought you here, you’re in the right place — and you don’t have to have it all figured out to take the next step.

You may be wondering why the tiger. It’s a nod to one of the most influential books in my professional life — Waking the Tiger by Peter Levine, the founder of Somatic Experiencing. Reading it was something of a revelation. Levine’s insight that trauma is not a life sentence but an incomplete biological response — one that the body has a natural capacity to resolve — shifted something fundamental in how I understood both suffering and healing. It set me on the path to training in Somatic Experiencing, and it continues to inform the heart of my work with clients today.

Ways to work with me

Regardless of your age, gender or background, I offer a range of tailored psychological and counselling services to support you on your healing journey.
Psychotherapy & Counselling

Psychotherapy & Counselling

Psychotherapy is a confidential, private, safe space for you to explore and address these challenges and work towards meaningful change, growth and healing. Treatment may be short or long-term and include several therapeutic techniques.

Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy

My treatment focuses on developing new paths to empower your child to adapt to various situations and provide them with coping tools to approach their challenges with understanding and confidence.

Somatic Experiencing

I can help individuals move past the place where they might feel “stuck” in processing a traumatic event and identify places of safety, whether that be a place in the body that is not activated by the trauma, or a physical place to retreat to in one’s mind.
EDMR

EMDR

EMDR can help the individual reconnect, in a safe and measured way, to the images, emotions, body sensations and self-thoughts associated with the trauma and allow the natural healing powers of the brain to move toward adaptive resolution.

Psychotherapy Supervision

I offer supportive and collorative supervision for psychotherapists in training and experienced practitioners.
