What to expect
I understand how crucial it is to find a therapist that feels like a good fit, and that’s what our initial consultation is all about – getting to know one another. The first meeting is an informal session where I gather information and explain how I work, this is where we will learn how to best work together. We will get an in-depth understanding of your concerns, relevant history, and goals. Together, we will determine the right mix of therapeutic techniques and develop a tailored plan for moving forward.
The course of therapy treatment can vary depending on the individual. When starting, I generally recommend weekly or biweekly sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
